Speed School Student Council Freshman Council
Objective: The Speed Freshman Council exists to promote involvement and leadership for first-year engineering students. The council sponsors one event each semester as well as helping with the events of the major Speed School Student Council. Participants gain leadership and communication skills while opening up opportunities for themselves as directors or representatives on SSSC the following year.

Look for us at E-Expo on March 6. The Freshman Council will be hosting the hands-on activity, "Non-Newtonian Fluids."
We will be celebrating "Pi Day Minus 0.04" on March 10, 2010 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. For just $1, you can pie a freshman in the face and get a small pie to eat! Find us outside the Duthie Center on March 10!
We hope to have a cookout and volleyball tournament in the summer.
