Door Code Request

The Student Council Office has a digital keypad that is used to gain access to the office. All student council representatives, directors, and members at large, and society representatives are eligible to receive a door code. Per the SSSC Regulations Section 1.2 states "No community access code shall be created or distributed". This means that individuals are not allowed to share their door codes with others under any circumstances.

This form is for council members who wish to receive a door code. This form is processed by the current Director of Administration manually and must be completed in its entirety and accurately to be approved. Access to the council office is a privilege and should not be abused. The goal of the office is to foster an atmosphere of corporation and community.
